New year, new you. Each new year rolls around with a push for new healthy behaviors. To help you along in the self-care area, Can Can Wonderland is offering a noon yoga class for the first week of 2018!

The transition between years is considered a powerful time for transformation. So please come celebrate the New Year by making a commitment to yourself! Yoga is a practice that has been proven to support personal growth and improve health and well-being. Classes will include gentle vinyasa flows, poses, and breathwork – all designed to help navigate the dark, damp and cold of winter and get to a place of renewal.

Tuesday, January 2 – Sunday, January 7, 2018
All levels. Beginners welcome. Wear comfortable clothes. Bring a yoga mat and small towel. A limited number of mats available to borrow.

Classes will be led by yogini Christi Atkinson, E-RYT 500 who is also a founder and Artistic Director of Can Can Wonderland.
