Pee Wee Dread: Rasta Sauce Fundraiser

Experience the amazing talents of Peewee Dread! This is an all ages event showcasing 50 years of music and sauce from 2pm - 5pm in the Red Room.

Peewee Dread, born Darius Collins in August 1974, was raised in New Orleans, Louisiana. Words from Peewee Dread himself, Rasta Tease is my combination of love and taste. As a child, I was the grand taster in my house. My mom would call me to taste anything she was cooking. The more I tasted, the more my love for food and cooking grew. I knew I wanted to share my passion for food with others.

As a teen, I experimented with different tastes and fell in love with the spicy and sweet flavors. It was right around the corner of Rampart and Canal Street that birthed my passion for these sauces.
